In addition to extensive legal experience, our corporate and
commercial lawyers possess significant business acumen. Where
necessary we also consult other of our specialists to provide
solutions to the tasks facing us.
A significant amount of the work that DAHL's corporate and
commercial division performs relates to acquisitions,
divestments and company law - including mergers and
demergers.
Our merger and acquisition services include legal
advice relating to all aspects of a transaction including:
- process planning
- advice on transaction structure
- buyer or seller due diligence
- drafting transaction documents
- negotiations relating to the financing and implementation of
the transaction
For mergers and acquisitions we pull together a team
that can ensure that the process is expedited with all possible
speed, at the same time as ensuring high-quality legal advice in
relation to the full range of issues covered.
We benefit from extensive experience in planning and managing
Danish client's purchases of foreign companies and foreign client's
purchases of Danish companies, and for international transactions
we benefit from the services of an extensive network of foreign law
firms specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
Our corporate consultancy services include, amongst other

- incorporation including choice of company form (public limited
company, limited liability company, partnership, limited
partnership, cooperative, foundation or association)
- shareholder issues, including shareholder agreements
- issues related to corporate law such as capitalisation changes,
