We provide legal advice to public bodies and publicly owned
companies across a wide range of topics related to public law. This
includes services related to planning and construction legislation,
conservation, expropriation and acquisition, general administrative
legislation and principles, express and implied authority for
municipal authorities, and tendering. We also
provide legal advice to the energy supply sector.
We possess broad experience in cases in which the validity of
issued administrative acts is tested and in cases in which
liability is claimed of public sector institutions. We also provide
legal advice relating to local authority companies, corporate
participation and contracting.
In addition to providing legal advice, we also hold a number of
courses for local government officials and lecture in environmental
legislation at the University of Southern Denmark. We also
participate actively in relevant network organisations.
